| i did my own suede headliner, 22elite padded leather console cover with srt8 logos and red stiching, and a Billet Tech engraved black t-handle shifter. i also have a superbee carbon fiber nav dash bezel. oh and corbeau racing harnesses. thats about all the interior I've done. | |

| the reason i asked if anybody has done anything with the door panels is because my car is at a custom upostery shop getting my seats done along with the door panels, i stopped in the shop thursday and i was not happy with what i saw...the door panels are divided into three sections, right.... the upper.... the middle or arm rest area..... and the lower. they covered the middle section with the vinyl that is being used on the lower section of the door, and it doesn't look very professional. The upper portion of the door is getting covered with a dark slate gray suede with custom embroidery and the lower section is getting covered with a dark slate gray color vinyl (same color as the dash) so i kind of wanted the arm rest piece (middle piece)wrapped with a mixture of the dark slate gray suede and the dark slate gray vinyl. Ideas i need ideas and fast or i may need a new custom shop to finish the job......i don't want two thirds of a door panel wrapped in vinyl | |

Got it. I thought there was some meaningful significance. Maybe cars will be called "anvils" next by whomever makes up these terms.

No, I haven't, but at least that one kind of makes sense. "Whip" makes zero sense.

| there were some doors that you couldnt do the fabric on. they just dont open up, but you can cut a piece of material or have a place do it and then tuck it in under. If you pm me I know a guy that does them. | |

| i second the statement that some doors just don't cover well. when i did my headliner i looked around to see what else i could wrap and the doors looked way too hard to me to tackle. to many sharp edges and the pockets would be impossible to do in my opinion. I've seen the top half done quite nice tho.
there is one orange and cream colored charger in the area that has suede doors and dash with like 6 tv's in the dash. his looks pretty good in my opinion. i don't have his contact info but maybe someone here does so he can point you in the right direction.
